When will you have the space completed and open for bigger events?

While our amazing Distiller's Ally space will begin its transformation Fall 2024, we are still able to create an amazing, customized event in our Distillery (up to 30 seated).

We also have the option for an open-air (with Sunshades - Does not provide full rain coverage) event space that can accommodate up to 150 people, at our Whiskey Creek Patio at Estes Park Distilling Co. with all of the amenities to create a memorable event for you and your guests.

Can you help me coordinate my event?

Absolutely, we have a hand selected list of award-winning, industry-leading vendors from Photographers, DJ's/Live Bands, Florists to Bakeries with scrumptious desserts, that we are happy to share to help plan your picture-perfect event.

Will the store, restaurant, and bar remain open during my event?

The store, main tasting bar and some indoor seating will remain open to walk-in guests. If you are interested in booking the Distillery for a private function, please contact us about availability.

Which options are covered in case of inclement weather?

Distiller's Alley is fully covered with open sides. The Distillery is fully indoors. The South Patio has sun shades but does not provide full rain coverage.

Can I bring my own food truck? What about a cake?

All food and beverage, apart from your cake/desserts, are provided through Full Throttle Catering.

Can my event include live music?

YES! We have customized floor plans that can include space for your DJ or live band in Distiller's Alley or the South Patio.

Can I hold a private tasting for my guests?

Yes. Our private events (over 40 people) come with a dedicated bartender and an optional dedicated tasting pourer included.

Is Full Throttle Distillery & Grill the best .....

Yes. But we might be biased. We offer amazing views, indoor and outdoor event spaces, ability to have live music, customized floor plans, and much much more!

For our out of town guests, we make it easy to host your event by offering customizable, all inclusive packages including:

· EVENT FURNITURE, including seated guest tables, dinner chairs, and an assortment of cocktail and banquet tables.

· COORDINATION WITH OUTSIDE VENDORS to confirm all details.

· FULL PLACE SETTINGS to include place setting, silverware and stemware.

· YOUR PERSONALLY-DESIGNED MENU from Full Throttle inspired by the season and the natural cuisine of the Rocky Mountain Region.

· FULL THROTTLE SERVICE TEAM, including a certified bar staff, to tend to every guest.

· NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE STATION with water & coffee.

· SCHEDULED, CONVENIENT VENDOR ACCESS, to the venue for setup and takedown.

· PERSONAL REFERRALS to hand-selected, industry-leading vendors of all types.
